🛑Osinbajo Accuses Supreme Court Of Inconsistency, Seeks Overhaul Of Nigeria’s Justice System.

Former Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has faulted the Nigerian Supreme Court for what he described as inconsistency and excessive reliance on technicalities at the expense of substantive justice.
Osinbajo, a Professor of Law, made the observation in Ilorin, Kwara State capital, during the second Prof. Yusuf Ali Annual Lecture organised by the Kwara State University (KWASU), Malete, on Thursday.

He said Nigeria’s justice system must undergo a fundamental restructuring to align with the needs of the people rather than glorifying ‘procedural formalities

🛑SOME OBSERVATIONS FROM THE CV OF THE NEW INEC CHAIRMAN.

There are several notable ambiguities in the CV of Professor Joash Ojo Amupitan, as presented in the Statehouse Press Release crafted by Mr. Bayo Onanuga. I will highlight a few key concerns for now:

1. Professor Amupitan was born in 1967, which is straightforward and unremarkable. However, what unfolds thereafter raises questions.

2. The CV states that after completing his primary and secondary education, he attended Kwara State Polytechnic from 1982 to 1984. Yet, there is a conspicuous absence of details regarding the specific primary and secondary schools he attended, as well as the timeline for his attendance. This lack of transparency leaves us wondering; at just 15 years of age in 1982, how was he able to enroll in a polytechnic? A clearer timeline of his early educational background would provide valuable context. Moreover, what field of study did he pursue at the Polytechnic?

3. Moving to his university education, it is recorded that he attended the University of Jos from 1984 to 1987 to study law. A crucial point of inquiry arises here: how could he obtain a law degree in Nigeria in a mere three years? Generally, a law degree requires five years of dedicated study.

4. Further complicating matters, he earned his PhD in 2007. However, he served as the Head of the Department of Public Law from 2006 to 2008 and as Dean of the Law Faculty from 2008 to 2014. This timeline raises significant concerns—how could he possibly become the Head of Department before completing his PhD, and become Dean just a year later? Such academic advancements within a federal university setting seem questionable, particularly when we consider the standard protocols that govern academic promotions.

As someone with a fair understanding of academic conventions, I find these discrepancies troubling. It appears that those who compiled Professor Amupitan's CV owe us a more comprehensive explanation regarding the missing links and clarifications within this narrative.

🛑SOKOTO ISLAMIC SCHOLAR GIVES PROPHECY:

A Renowned Islamic scholar and astrologer in Sokoto State, Malam Abubakar Mai Sanda, has revealed 13 events that could occur according to his predictions.

According to him, based on his prophecy for Nigeria from September 25, 2025, for the next 90 days, the following are likely to happen, Insha Allah (God willing):

1. There will be frequent accidents involving major vehicles in some parts of Nigeria.

2. New senior judges will be appointed across the country.

3. There will be reshuffles and power struggles among ministers, governors, and traditional rulers, as their positions will face strong changes, which, according to him, are inevitable.

4. The Nigerian government will hold peace talks with certain groups or grant amnesty or pardon to some prison inmates, Insha Allah.

5. There will be protests in several states or possibly nationwide, though they may not have significant impact.

6. New traditional rulers will be installed in various states.

7. Some foreign nationals will be deported to their home countries.

11. There will be boat accidents causing loss of lives in different countries.

12. The Nigerian government will revive discussions on petroleum production in some regions.

🛑PROPHET DR ISA EL-BUBA WROTE....

Nigeria is bleeding, and the silence of those meant to speak for the Church has become unbearable.

The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), once a moral force, now sounds more like a diplomatic committee than a prophetic voice. When evil thrives and the righteous stay silent, that silence becomes complicity.

For decades, Christians have been killed across the North, in Zangon-Kataf, Jos, Benue, and Southern Kaduna and yet CAN’s responses have been reduced to polished press statements instead of bold confrontation. The Church is weeping while CAN is whispering. The voice that should thunder against injustice now trembles in the corridors of power.

It must be said plainly that CAN no longer speaks for the Church. It has traded its prophetic mandate for political relevance. The blood of believers demands courage, not courtesy. The shepherd’s role is to defend the flock, not dine with the wolves.

When over 200 believers were massacred in Plateau in 2023, CAN’s silence spoke louder than its statement. That is not leadership; that is betrayal. The Church deserves watchmen, not public relations officers.

If CAN cannot stand for truth, then others must rise who will. Faith must move from consolation to confrontation, from sympathy to strategy. Heaven is counting not our words, but our works.

The age of polite religion is over. The Church must reclaim its voice, confront evil with truth, and lead with courage. Silence is no longer an option.
