Her unwavering faith in God's provision through her act of kindness culminates in blessings for her and her community, demonstrating that giving generously creates a boundless abundance.
Mama Bola's Story
In the heart of Lagos, Mama Bola manages a small food stall, renowned for its delectable, authentic Nigerian cuisine. Despite her humble way of life, her spirit was full with compassion. She always shared her cooking with neighbours who were need , never expecting anything in return, embodying the belief that "God loves a cheerful giver".
One evening, a sudden, violent storm swept through their neighborhood, tearing the roof off the small house where the Adeyemi family resided with their three young children. Their meager belongings were soaked, and they faced a bleak night with no food or shelter.
Witnessing their distress, Mama Bola's heart ached. Though her own larder was not overflowing, she knew what she had to do. She opened her small shop, cooked a large pot of her best jollof rice, and utilized the last of her money to purchase extra provisions. She invited the Adeyemis into her modest home, providing them with warm food and a place to sleep.
