Hon. Gallo received Borno State House of Assembly committee on local government
~Committee rates Gallo one of the best.
The Executive Chairman of Gubio local government area Hon. Bukar Sulum Zowo (Gallo) received the BOHA committee on local government in Gubio local government secretariat. The Committee were in Gubio this afternoon to oversight the ongoing projects by State and local government respectively. The committee led by Hon. Ali Bulama Yajiwa, member representing Konduga local government area, have commended the Hon. Gallo and describe him as one of the best chairman among his colleagues for his restless working and complementing the efforts of Borno State government under leadership of His Excellency professor Babagana Umara Zulum Mni Fnse.
Earlier, in his well come address, the executive chairman of Gubio local government area Hon. Bukar Sulum Zowo, thanks for the committee for their support always, he said oversight function of the projects is one of the duty of legislative arm of government constitutionally, therefore, the visits is timely.
Hon. Mohammed Zakariya, member representing Dikwa, the leader of the house, Hon. Dige Mohammed and member representing Biu Hon. Yakubu Kimba, all in their respective remarks commended the chairman, they said the chairman has did a lot and they expect such from him as a season civil servant and educationist.
Highlight of the event, the chairman led the committee members to oversee some of the ongoing projects in the town.
