On this special occasion, we, the students of the Mega Faculty of Science, Borno State University, wish you a belated happy birthday. Though we missed the exact day (7th April, 2025), we're still sending our heartfelt wishes! May the rest of your year be filled with joy, success, and celebration.

As the pioneer Chief of Staff who served with distinction for two consecutive terms (2022/2023 and 2023/2024 session), your dedication, expertise, and passion have left an indelible mark on our Mega Faculty. Today, we had the honor of presenting a Certificate of achievement to our esteemed educator, Prof. Shuaibu Garba Ngulde, on his promotion to Professor!

Department of Biological Science (400L) Notice !!

This is to notify you that a mandatory meeting has been scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, April 24th, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at LT Block 3.

The department has organized a step-down training session for all 400-level students, covering essential topics such as:

- How to prepare for seminars
- Seminar papers and projects
- Sourcing information online
- Avoiding plagiarism and referencing

Experienced professors in the department will lead the training session, with the HOD as a special guest.

All class representatives are requested to reschedule any lectures conflicting with this time slot.

Your attendance and participation are highly valued, and attendance is compulsory.

The Nigerian Association of Science Student (NASS) in collaboration with National Association of Art and Education Student (NAAES), Association of Social and Management Sciences Students (ASAMS) & National Association of Agricultural Students (NAAS) had the honor of presenting awards to the esteemed Vice Chancellor and the Dean of Student Affairs of Borno State University, in recognitoing of their exceptional dedication and leadership in fostering academic excellence and student welfare.

I extend my deepest condolences to the Unimaid VC, entire family members of Late. Dr. Kamal and Unimaid at large.

Dr. Kamal will always be remembered for his kindness, generosity and wisdom. Leaving behind a legacy that will continue to inspire many.
Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers as you navigate through this period of grief. May Almighty forgive his shortcomings.
