It was indeed a historic day for the member representing Damboa at the state house of assembly Hon Habu Daja Damboa as he bags three (3) awards yesterday 31st march 2018

The honorable member who was yesterday at the august occasion of Damboa Area Student Association (DASA) the event which was purposely organised to award the true sons of the soil and the Hon Member Happens to be an awardee and two other awards.

Hon Daja used the medium to donate a token amount of five thousand Naira each to 100 final year students of all Tertiary schools as a project allowances who re from Damboa LG and also donated 1500 hard cover jotters to the students.

Hon Daja who was awarded first by DASA for the selfless services he has been rendering to the plight of the students and total dedication he has shown to educational system.
-Another award from Jakadiya Newspaper and Magazine publishers awarded him with an award of Commitment and quality leadership ,the representative of the organisation spoke extensively on the hard works of the member and described him as a legend of the present time . He then added that this award came to Hon Daja as a result of the investigative Journalism they did and finally found that the member deserves the award.
-Borno youth Advocacy for peace (BONYA) --- Award of Recognition
He has been recognised for the hard works and struggle he has been making towards the restoration of peace in the state at large and as well for standing along with his people .

Hon Daja who was over whelmed with the awards assured the gathering that it shall serve as a source of confidence and encouragement for him to do more .
He then concluded by saying a very big Thank you to all and wished all a successful trip back home.
In attendance were Hon Commissioner of Education Comrade Inuwa Kubo who also represented His Excellency Gov Kashim Shettima, Hon Ayemu Foni Who represented the speaker BOHA ,Hon Abubakar Tijjani member MMC Alhaji Muhammad Kauji Commissioner of Finance Alhaji Kaumi Damboa Elder state man ETC
