Topic: Heaven

Text: Genesis 1:1-5
(Prophecy)
God ask me to tell someone here tonight Up till now, you don't really know the meaning of good, he asks me to tell you before the end of this month you will know what good is.
Message:
* There is someone called God. Every wise person knows there is someone called God. (Psalm 14:1, Proverb 3:35).
* This God, the first time he introduced himself, he called himself the all-sufficient God (Genesis 17:1, Luke 1:37).
This God who is all-sufficient, who can do anything, at the beginning created w principal things:
1.Heaven
2.Earth
* One of the 2 things he created is called HEAVEN, the second is called EARTH.
* HEAVEN is so wonderful that God decided, I will use this as my throne. Then the second one the EARTH, he said I will use it has my footstool (Isaiah 66:1)
* He created 2 things; one is WONDERFUL called HEAVEN, the second thing he created called the EARTH was problematic, it had all kinds of problem. But he controls all the problem on this Earth by putting it under his feet. So it doesn't matter how many problems you may have, they're under the feet of God, that's why I can assure you, you will get your solutions tonight.
* This God seat in heaven, and from there, he controls the earth, and he does so by speaking. He speaks, and the moment he speaks, it is done (Psalm 33:8-9).
* He controls the earth by seating in heaven in speaking a word (Genesis 1:3).
* Everything on Earth was a mess, but once he said let there be light, everything changed.
* What is the meaning of let there be light? it means darkness go; darkness give way.
* When he says darkness go, physically, it is Goodnews for those who are living in darkness, Goodnews for those who have problem with their eyes (Mark 19:14-52).

When we talk about deliverance, many of us think about possession by the devil.
Possession is the final stage of the activity of satan in a man's life.

☆ Every day begins with a night. We humans begin our day from the morning, while as far as God is concerned, the day begins in the night.
Genesis 1

• Before light came, darkness came.
Genesis 1: 1-3
• Confusion always comes before order.
• Storms always come before calmness. Mark 4: 35-41

🙏🏽 Are you in a storm? In the Name that is above every other name, I say, peace be still.

• Every testimony begins with a problem; the bigger the problem, the bigger the testimony.
The bigger the crisis, the bigger the testimony.
John 11

🙏🏽 I have good news for you;
Your problem is so big that you can't even think of how it can be solved. You will get the solution tonight.

+ The widow had a serious financial problem. 2 Kings 4: 1-7
+ The mad man had a legion of demons in him until Jesus came. Mark 5: 2-15

• Every day begins with a night.
• Every testimony begins with a crisis.

☆ It is when night refuses to change to day that you need to call on heaven to intervene.

• If you have a problem, that's the beginning of a testimony.
But when the problem refuses to move and the night refuses to change, we need to call on heaven to intervene.
Mark 5: 25-34

• Every day begins with a night; night is supposed to change to day.
Sorrow is supposed to change to joy.

• There is no night in heaven. Revelation 22:5
It means that once it is day, it is day forever.

▪︎ Imagine how beautiful it'll be if your day never becomes night.
▪︎ Imagine how wonderful it will be if it's just joy.
▪︎ Imagine that God allows your joy to last for a thousand years. Psalm 90:4
▪︎ Imagine that no one dies young in your family for a thousand years.
Isaiah 65:20

What God wants to do tonight is to turn your night to day.

Topic: The Power of Santification
Text: 2 Timothy 2: 20-21

I discovered that God is more interested in the fruit of the Holy Spirit than the gifts. Matthew 7: 15-21

You can have all the gifts, perform miracles, signs, and wonders, and yet not be known by God on the last day. Matthew 7: 22-23

Steps of Faith. Ezekiel 36: 24-27
1. Selection
2. Salvation
3. Sanctification
4. Baptism of the Holy Spirit

▪︎ Salvation is easy to measure; it won't be long before people begin to notice.
• Your name changes to 'child of God'.
• Your accommodation changes. You begin to attend church rather than clubs.
• Your responsibilities change, and you begin to witness for God.

You can't be born again and keep it down.

▪︎ When you're baptised in the Holy Spirit, it's easy to see.
• You'll speak in tongues.

Unfortunately, sanctification is difficult to measure; it's a matter of the heart. A heart of stone is changed to a heart of flesh.

• Salvation is the foundation of the house
Baptism in the Holy Spirit is the roof
Sanctification is the walls.

It is possible to have a foundation, dodge the walls, and get to the roof, like our auditorium here.
That is why many Christians jump sanctification.

• It is sanctification that makes living holy easy because the heart you were born with (Jeremiah 17:9) is desperately wicked.
Luke 6: 45, Matthew 15: 19, Proverbs 4: 23

Sanctification has another meaning - set apart for God's use.

• The vessel that is sanctified is the one meet and set apart for the Master's use.
• To be sanctified is to be God's favourite.
• When you are sanctified, you become set apart for God.
No demon, no devil has the temerity to tamper with you because you are a favourite of God.

☆ The power of sanctification is embedded in this intimacy with God.
• When you are truly sanctified, you have an intimacy with God that other casual Christians don't have.
Numbers 12: 5-8
