Good and healthy health should not be over looked
Because good health is wealth ππ―
Make sure you eat good food (well balanced diet)
Drink plenty of water and make sure you don't dehydrated at all
Exercises and work out should be part of ur daily routine
Eat much fruits and vegetables
Avoid the large intake of sugar and caffeine cause they stress your liver
Stay away from alcohol and smoking, it kills the lungs and other vitals.
Eat eggs daily possible take raw eggs
Ginger, garlic and onion should be taken on a regular basics
Free your mind from stress and make sure u sleep at least 12 hours daily
AVOID chemical for ur skins and seek the natural remedies instead
Don't Joke with your health for in it lies your wealth
