TEJA is a dynamic marketing agency offering range of growth services from client acquisition, retention, digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and advertising solutions that help businesses grow.
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: 150,000 - 250,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients to build a strong pipeline.
- Conduct outbound outreach via cold emails, Upwork outreach, and Facebook group outreach to generate interest.
- Craft compelling messages and test various approaches to optimize response rates.
- Overcome objections and challenges to secure meetings with decision-makers.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing marketing efforts.
- Analyze outreach performance and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
- Continuously explore and optimize new outreach channels to expand our client base.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proactive self-starter who actively seeks out opportunities and drives results independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage clients effectively through digital channels.
- Proven experience in cold emailing, Upwork outreach, and leveraging Facebook groups for prospecting.
- Strong lead generation and research skills using various online platforms.
- Resilience and persistence in handling rejection, staying motivated, and consistently following up with prospects.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks effectively without needing CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience with social selling and networking to uncover business opportunities.
