They are busy making sure their wives and their kids are happy and my only daughter is making sure I am OK at the expense of her own happiness.

DAY47 NIG2USA ON BICYCLE 🇳🇬🚴🇺🇲.
This morning, I managed to fix my bicycle and hit the road again with hope in my heart.
But just a few kilometers in, flat tires. This time, it’s crazy, worse than anything I’ve faced before.
The last spare tubes I had are gone. I thought, No problem, I’ll find a shop in town. Since morning, I’ve been walking all around Yamoussoukro under the hot sun, searching for the exact tube my little eagle needs. I’ve asked around, tried different places, but still nothing.

Behind the scenes, this journey is not all smiles and photos, sometimes it’s pain, frustration, and endless challenges. I hate to say “this is tough,” because I always want to stay positive, but yesterday and today have been rough, really rough.

Right now, my only option is to change this bicycle completely, but I can’t even afford that. At this point, I feel stranded, far from home, and far from the finish line.

I started this ride for orphans, IDPs, and vulnerable children, to give them hope and a voice. But right now, I’m the one in need of hope😥. If you’ve ever believed in what I’m doing, this is the moment your support could keep me moving because I’m not ready to stop. I just need the means to keep going. 🙏
