"NYSC can do more than it currently does. Extending it to two years will allow corps members to acquire real, useful skills." The Minister of State for Education, Dr. Yusuf Alausa, has proposed extending the NYSC scheme from one to two years to enhance skills training and national impact.

The minister also recommended expanding the NYSC entrepreneurship programme and deploying more graduate teachers to rural schools to bridge manpower gaps.

NYSC Director-General Brig. Gen. Y.D. Ahmed pledged the Scheme’s readiness to implement federal reforms and called for a database to track Nigerians studying abroad.

A woman woke up during the night to find that her husband was not in bed.
She puts on her dressing gown and goes downstairs to look for him.
She finds him sitting at the kitchen table with a hot cup of coffee in front of him.
He appears to be in deep thought, just staring
at the wall.
She watches as he wipes a tear from his eye and takes a sip of his coffee...
"What's the matter, dear?", she whispers as she steps into the room.
The husband looks up from his coffee, "I am just remembering when we first met 20 years ago and started dating. Do you remember back then?", he says solemnly.

The wife is touched to tears thinking that her husband is so caring, so sensitive.
Yes, I do", she replies.
The husband pauses.
The words were not coming easily.
"Do you remember when your father caught us in my car?"
'Yes, I remember", says the wife, lowering herself into a chair beside him.
The husband continues.
Do you remember when he shoved the shotgun in my face and said,
"Either you marry my daughter, or I will send you to jail for 20 years?""
'I remember that also", she replies softly.
He wipes another tear from his cheek and says...
"I would have been released today if only I took the right decision!
*And the fight started*

Bak in School, that was 2014. My school was very small and each time we would go for a competition, big schools always won.

Just few days to our final Exams, There was a competition for science students.
The competition was for all the secondary school scientists in Nigeria to show case their scientific inventions.

I was in Art class bt it pained me bkoz we never won any competition and we were abt to complete secondary.

I met the students and they said they aren't preparing for it because they won't win. "The bigger schools will still win so there's no need for us to participate" one of them said.

I told them nt to worry that I had an idea. Everyone was curious about the idea, I took them to the Principal's office and beged for his radio, he gave it to us. I broke the radio and took the circuit board and the speaker.

And we left for the competition.
On getting there, so many students had already gathered and the competition begun.

The 1st Girl came forward and said:
"I am Angel Sari from St. Mary's , Mumias. I invented a software that can write whatever someone says on its own". She demonstrated it and was applauded 👏

The second student came and said:
"I am Dennis from Ejinja Secondary School, . I invented a chip that can tell you the amount of money in someone's pockets or close to it". he also demonstrated it and was also applauded 👏

So many students with different inventions introduced demselves and showcased their inventions b4 it finally reached our turn.

Then comes me, I brought out the radio circuit board and speaker and came 4ward with it and said: "I'm Sky from St.Joseph Secondary School. I invented a bomb that can kill anything 1000 meters away and will blow up any hman body into million pieces grinding up the hardest bones in the body.
Pls can you all sit down while I demonstrate it b4 you all.

At this point, the Chairperson of the competition shouted " Moses don't worry abt testing it hear u have done an excellent job and Ur de winner"

I called a married lady who was
owing me money, but she didn't pick my calls.

I called 10 times more, still no answer. Knowing that her husband was not at home, I decided to send her this message:

"Hello Sisy, I'm not calling for the money. I just wanted to tell you that 2 girls were fighting over your husband in town today. It was a big fight and he was just there watching, until one of the girl managed to escape into his car and they drove off".

After some minutes, she called me but I ignored her. She kept calling and I found 21 missed calls from her and a message which read:

"Where was the fight?
Where did they go?
Did you Notice those girls? Please tell me, I am falling apart."

I just read and didn't respond. She called again, 5 times and I didn't answer, then another message from her:

"I have your money, please can we meet, so you tell me more?"

Then i replied, "Okay, you can Send it through Mobile Money so that when I pass by the filling station to refuel, then I will pick you and drive you to one of the Girl's House because I know them."

After 2 mins, I checked my account balance, my money was fully paid.

I then switched off my phone and slept like a baby...please bless me with followers
