You don’t have to have everything figured out to start becoming the woman you want to be.
You don’t have to shrink because of your size.
You don’t have to rush because of societal pressure.
You don’t need to prove anything to anyone.

Some of us are building our confidence from scratch.
Some of us are learning how to trust ourselves again.
Some of us are growing quietly, painfully, beautifully.And that’s still progress.

Every day you get up, even when life is heavy…
