**FEEDBACK
Good communication is a two sided thing! Giving room for feedback shows you care about the other person’s input which makes the conversation more meaningful.

Don’t just be the only talking! Allow the person you’re speaking with ask questions, share their thoughts and opinions on the topic of discussion.

**TIMING
Knowing when to speak, when to pause and where to say some certain things is very important. Doing opposite of any of these can make the whole conversation offensive.

You must learn to choose the right moment for every conversation in other to make it effective!

Today in church, I was reminded that as much as God has given us authority over the earth and the things in it, We must learn to speak the word to call and declare things forth.
It’s not an enough for us to believe!

In the rest of the year and this new week, I am speaking life into everything I want to see over my life,family,business and all that concerns me.

You should do the same too... speak life into that situation, what you want to see and how you want things to be for you!

**UNDERSTANDING
For any conversation to flow well, both persons must truly understand each other. It’s not enough to just talk!

That’s where clarity comes in! Always make sure the person you’re speaking with gets your point,no guessing, no assumptions.

When next you’re having a conversation, try asking:
“Do you understand me?” or “Do you get what I mean?”
This simple step keeps you both on the same page and avoids unnecessary drama or misunderstanding.

**LISTENING
A good communication goes beyond just hearing, you must actively listen so you can understand and respond appropriately.

When you listen actively, it shows you respect and value the other person. Simple things like nodding your head and having eye contact
shows you are fully present while the conversation is on.

So next time someone is talking to you, make sure to let the other person really feel your presence.

ATTITUDE
