Hon Lado and His giant strides in leadership.
Hon Lado has not only adopted a style of leadership full of simplicity, humility and honesty but he has choose to lead with decorum and the guidance of the almighty.
His style of leadership is one, adopted to serve humanity and to enhance societal development. As the chairman chairing the House Committee on ICT and Cyber Crime, he has not bring about digital development not only across his constituency but, the state as a whole. This is aim at ameliorating unemployment and to reduce hardships mostly among the youths.
Many youths were given employment in different Federal ministries, agencies and parastatals, all these were achieved as a result of the readiness, commitment and dedication of the Hon. In order to make sure their is a shift in the paradigm in the standard of living of the people.
The Hon. In many occasions has made some youths mobile as a reward to their willingness in making sure that good governance is delivered not only across his constituency but the state entirely.
Infrastructure worth billions have been executed across his constituency in order to bring succor to the people who in many occasions before now are suffering from inadequate water supply, electricity and roads.
Children's of the common man are sponsored to school within and outside the country and all these are done in order to bridge the gap between the various people in the social class.
Conclusively, the Hon. Is human driven and will Insha Allah in the coming years put more effort in delivering the dividends of democracy.
