Happy Independence Day, Nigeria!

Our journey to complete nationhoood is one that demands a collective vision and ambition. Nigeria is still a great and blessed nation. It takes you and I to make it even better than it already is. No one can do that for us. We have no other home, and despite the hiccups, this is still the only place we have to embrace and feel truly accommodated.

God has blessed this country beyond what the eyes can see. We only have to find strength around our diversity and rich history. I believe that Nigeria is still bound for greater heights. I still believe that our dear Nation has a lot more to give. I’m proud to be a Nigerian. I believe in the greatness of where I come from.
