If you have ChatGPT on your phone and you're only using it to ask random questions, you're missing out.

You can use it to learn something you're struggling with.

You can use it to practise interview questions.

You can use it to improve your CV.

You can use it to brainstorm content.

You can even tell it to explain something to you like you're a complete beginner.

You don't have to be a tech person.

Just start experimenting with it.

When you eat breakfast, especially something like bread, cereal, or anything heavy in refined carbs, your blood sugar shoots up pretty quickly. Your pancreas sees that and releases insulin to bring it back down. The problem is, insulin often does its job a little too well; it brings your blood sugar down below where it started. That dip is what your body reads as "I need food now." So within an hour or two, you're hit with hunger, sometimes even shaky or irritable with it.

Now compare that to skipping breakfast entirely. Your blood sugar never spikes in the first place, so it stays fairly level throughout the morning. Your body switches over to using stored energy (glycogen from your liver, and some fat) to keep things running smoothly. No spike means no crash, and no crash means hunger creeps up slowly instead of hitting you like a wall.

But here's the thing people often get wrong: this isn't proof that skipping breakfast is the healthier option. It's actually more about what you're eating for breakfast. If your first meal is mostly protein, fiber, and some healthy fat, like eggs, beans, oats, or groundnuts, your blood sugar rises gently instead of spiking, so there's no dramatic crash afterward. You'll likely stay satisfied for 4-5 hours, sometimes longer.

So the real issue isn't "should I eat breakfast or not," it's "what am I putting on my plate first thing in the morning." A well-balanced breakfast should carry you through the morning comfortably, not leave you raiding the kitchen by 10am..

Have you ever wondered why an AI-generated image sometimes looks completely different from what you imagined?

The answer could be your prompt.
As I continue learning AI prompting, I have discovered that image generation also requires clear and specific instructions. Instead of simply telling an AI tool, β€œCreate a picture of a woman,” a content creator can describe the subject, clothing, setting, lighting, mood, camera style, and other important details. The more clearly you describe your idea, the easier it is for the AI to understand what you want.

For example, if you want to create an image for your content, you can prompt the AI to create a young Nigerian woman sitting in a modern workspace, using a laptop, with a smartphone and notebook on the table, natural lighting, realistic photography, and a clean background. This gives the AI more information to work with and can produce a result that is more suitable for your content.

This is just one part of what I have been learning about AI prompting. In my next lesson, I will be discussing how to structure a good AI prompt step-by-step and the important details you should include to get better results. If you are learning AI as a content creator, you definitely want to follow along. πŸš€

5 Nutrition Habits That Actually Move the Needle
Forget complicated diet rules. Most of what matters in nutrition comes down to a handful of consistent habits , not restriction, not perfection.

1. Build your plate around protein first.
Protein keeps you fuller for longer, supports muscle repair, and stabilizes blood sugar. Beans, eggs, fish, chicken, groundnuts , pick one at every meal.
2. Don't fear fat. Fear the wrong fat.
Healthy fats (avocado, nuts, olive oil, fish) support hormone health and brain function. What actually causes harm is excessive trans fat and deep-fried, processed oils used repeatedly.
3. Colour your plate, not your supplements.
Vegetables and fruits give you fibre, antioxidants, and micronutrients no pill can fully replace. Aim for variety, not perfection , different colours usually mean different nutrients.
4. Hydration affects more than thirst.
Poor hydration shows up as fatigue, headaches, and even false hunger cues. Many people eat when they're actually just dehydrated.
5. Consistency beats intensity.
One "clean" week followed by three chaotic ones does less for your health than steady, moderate habits sustained all year. Nutrition is a long game, not a sprint.
The goal isn't a perfect diet , it's a sustainable one. Small, repeatable habits outperform extreme short-term changes every time.

Carbs don't make you fat. Excess calories do.

I still hear this every week in my practice: "I cut out bread and pasta and lost weight, so carbs must be the problem."

Here's what's actually happening:

β†’ When people "cut carbs," they usually cut processed carbs β€” sugary drinks, white bread, pastries. Those are also the easiest foods to overeat.

β†’ Carb-restricted diets often mean fewer highly palatable, calorie-dense foods overall. The weight loss comes from the calorie deficit, not from avoiding a macronutrient.

β†’ Carbohydrates are your body's preferred fuel source, especially for your brain and muscles during exercise. Whole grains, fruits, legumes, and starchy vegetables come packed with fiber, vitamins, and minerals your body needs.

β†’ Weight gain happens when energy intake consistently exceeds energy expenditure β€” regardless of whether those extra calories come from carbs, fat, or protein.

The real question isn't "carbs or no carbs?" It's "what quality of carbs, and how much?"

A cup of lentils and a can of soda are both "carbs." They are not the same thing.

Next time someone tells you carbs are the enemy, ask them: compared to what, and how much?
