Under Buhari’s harsh regime, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu (MNK) still won major legal victories. But under Tinubu, every victory was overturned, and justice was buried by the courts. The same pattern repeated in the 2023 elections, where Peter Obi was widely believed to have won — but the courts handed victory to Tinubu.

MAZI NNAMDI KANU’S LEGAL VICTORIES (UNDER BUHARI)

1. Abia State High Court – Jan 2022

Declared the military invasion of MNK’s home illegal.

Awarded ₦1 billion in damages.

2. Umuahia Federal High Court – Oct 2022

Declared his extraordinary rendition from Kenya unconstitutional.

Ordered his return and compensation.

3. Court of Appeal, Abuja – Oct 13, 2022

Ruled that MNK’s trial was illegal.

Ordered his immediate release and acquittal.

All victories won while Buhari was in power.

THEN TINUBU CAME...

The Supreme Court, under Tinubu, overturned the Court of Appeal’s ruling in December 2023.

The same man who rigged the 2023 election, also destroyed MNK’s legal breakthrough.

Justice was no longer possible — neither in court nor in the ballot box.

PETER OBI'S MANDATE STOLEN

Nigerians watched the most flawed, rigged election in modern history.

Peter Obi clearly won, based on real-time results and public support.

Tinubu was declared winner through manipulated figures and INEC betrayal.

Obi took the matter to court — but just like MNK, the Supreme Court sealed the injustice.

THE SUPREME COURT: A TOOL OF TYRANNY

The same Supreme Court that said:

"It’s okay to kidnap MNK from Kenya and try him illegally."
Also said:

"It’s okay for Tinubu to become president through a corrupt election."

Conclusion:

Justice is dead in Nigeria.
Under Tinubu, the court does not protect the innocent — it protects the powerful.
Whether it's MNK in court or Peter Obi at the ballot, the people’s voice is silenced.

My heart and attention have been drawn to the trial of the great leader, His Excellency Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

The blatant bias shown by Nigeria’s courts is a painful reminder that this nation’s future hangs by a thread. Nigeria’s politics has been hijacked by criminal gangs, and if this dangerous path continues, in just ten years, there may be no Nigeria left to speak of.

Look at the Nigeria we live in today—where the judiciary is no longer blind but deeply partial, where the arms of government are soaked in corruption, where politics has lost all sense of honor, and insecurity ravages our land. Indigenous peoples are being slaughtered by killer herdsmen, a tragedy that the great leader has bravely stood against, yet the violence only grows worse.

The recent Supreme Court judgment on Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s case is a terrifying signal of how far our judicial system has fallen into decay and danger.

As proud citizens of this land, we must raise our voices in strong condemnation of all the atrocities committed by the zoo element destroying our country from within.

To James Omotosho and all involved in this trial, know this—we are watching every move closely, with eyes wide open. This is not just another election tribunal case; this is a matter of national and international attention, watched by many both at home and abroad.

All eyes are fixed on Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
All eyes are fixed on the judiciary.

The world is watching. Nigeria’s soul is on the line.
