WISDOM WORD For Today:

RAISE LEADERS:

Check your office, ministry or organization now as we prepare for 2019.

If you have more of those you just spend money/salaries on, your corporate vision may not grow to the next level.

You need partners who are producers than consumers. Your followers must be making their own money as they serve you. If they don't produce, they will consume. Salary is never enough. Don't raise salary earners but entrepreneurs and leaders.

Discipleship, training make that happen anywhere.

When the leader/pastor/CEO knows that members of his/her organization have their own pulpits hidden in that his corporate vision, growth happens naturally.

Salary earners alone don't grow your vision as they are moved by money not vision or passion. Do everything possible to work with a passionate person.

Just like in Church, church members also have their own personal ministries that they must be trained and encouraged to fulfill as they follow their leaders. Every minister/leader must be versatile to raise members into becoming stars in their own spheres of the society, even as they pursue and fulfill the corporate mandate of the church.

You waste energy and hinder futuristic growth of your organisation when you raise bread eaters (members) more than disciples (followers).

Members can leave you when challenges come. But followers are interested in the Man they are called to serve. When members of your business or organization stop seeing money, their character will change, their loyalty may shift.

No wonder Jesus said to His disciples to follow Him.

Disciples just follow their leader just as I follow Gburugburu politically.

Sorry to say this: I have no political party. Gburugburu is my Party until I am trained and released by my boss.

Are you a leader or business owner? Do not build your structure on members. Build on true followers whose focus is to fulfill corporate vision with you.

PLAN B BUSINESSES THAT CAN MAKE YOU RICH

We all need 2nd Address no matter the spheres of life we find ourselves.

Politicians need Plan B. In fact, to contest election with "saved money" is dangerous. The cash must be flowing from Plan B sources, no matter how small. The fact is that it is wrong to see politics as business. Politics is the process that leads men to the platform of service called Governance. No nation will be transformed if it is majorly led by only politicians. Technocrats and leaders in government change nations, not Politicians. There is no Technocrat without Plan B. If I leave Government today, I am busy with my career the next minute. We all need Plan B.

The family must have Plan B to meet up with the daily financial challenges that usually face homes. This will without doubt reduce tension and high blood pressure in families.

NUMBER ONE is DIGITAL/NETWORKING BUSINESS:

President Trump is a Networker. The owner of Facebook is a Networker, digital entrepreneur. Today he is the youngest billionaire in dollars worldwide. I recommend networking/ business to our youth. Ponzi is not networking business.
