Ndi Anambra, are they back?
Two days ago, Some group of Unknown gunmen returned to Anambra state after being dislodged two months ago
They came to Abatete-Eziowelle road
They came with a White Highlander, Lexus 350, and a white Hummer Bus. They were dressed in full military and police uniforms as they attacked a joint police patrol team of DOP (Department of operations) and Special Anti cult Squad
They att.acked and shot at Inspector Uduak Anthony of Mopol 29 Awka, and collected his Type 6 rifle (No.10967) loaded with 35 rounds of bullets. Same format
While leaving, they abandoned one of their vehicle and snatched a mercedes SUV jeep belonging to one Eze Tochukwu of Enugu state and transcended through umuoji road in the same Idemili.
When they reached Umuoji, they sh.ot and attacked two policemen namely
1. Inspector Eniobong Roberts of Mopol 29 Awka and
2. Inspector Udezie Kingsley of Department of operations (DOPS)
Inspector Udezike was shot in his left leg, and his AK47 was carried away, the second Police officer was gallant enough to engage the gunmen in Umuoji
The gunmen ran away, forcing them to abandon the particular vehicle they just snatched from Mr Tochukwu of Enugu state
The wounded police officer was taken to crown hospital Nkpor for treatment
I wrote five days ago that some people are set to Spring up again to cause insecurity in the state as a form of retaliation
They've started in that usual way of collecting police fi****ms and recruiting more boys to carry them
They collected a total of two service rifles yesterday.
So please everybody should take caution this season, they are in town now.
