Two Channels

There are two channels on life’s TV. On one plays a fantasy; the other is reality.

The fantasy is a world that imagines itself to be its own truth, where nothing is of intrinsic value and everything else functions by the rules of chance and necessity.

In this world, you are nothing more than another background or shadow, an extra in a plotless movie, a disposable prop for a five-second set. In this world, life may be prosperous. Or disastrous. Whatever the scene demands, so you shall be given. Until it is time for the next scene to begin.

The reality of life is a world in which you stand face to face before the Director of this grand drama. But your story is not this drama. It is this intimate relationship of you with the Director.

All things may change—the props, the backgrounds, the actors, even the drama itself—but this is forever. It is the truth. There's no fantasy in life, only reality...

The Deep Waters

When the Deep Waters cover your head, suffocating your soul and the flame sthat burns inside . . .

When the raging torments of confusion drag you away in their current, ripping you from your hold of Life . . .

Then, Quietly Look Deeper. Beyond your soul. For the soul itself, as well as the flame it carries, are rooted in a serene world of quietness and sublime harmony.

Because the turbulence of this world is rooted even beyond your soul, stemming from a World of Confusion, of light unbounded and untamed, before the orderly emanation of any defined being, “and the world was confused and void even before creation, with darkness over the face of the deep.”

So you must dig deeper than your roots, to find the coals from which the flame arose and the flint rock from which the spark was struck. Still look Deeper, until you find the primordial essence of your soul, beyond that Emanation, beyond the Light—even beyond the unbounded light of your pre-creation. Where there is nothing but the seminal thought which inspired all that is and was and is to come.

And what was that thing you were thinking? Was it not the thought of why you are here now, and your struggle with this world, and the delicious taste of your victory.

And, since in that thought there is no past and future, only the present; right here, in that your thought, you have already won.

Therefore, Now you must make that thought happen...

Reboot Your Days...

Hiding Behind His Dark Cloud

There are times He seems to be peeking through the latticework of our world, just to fulfill out day with His light.

But then there are times He hides His face behind a thick dark cloud. Then, We are confused. We cry out to Him, loudly - "where is God? He must be far away from us. But truly, He is not far away.

The cloud is His hand, and His hand is also Him. It is His hand that is holding us from afar, throughout the dark nights, so that we may grow and accomplish His good will for us at the dawning of His morning light on our lives ...
