If Google is still advertising with Facebook.

And Facebook still pays Google to promote its brand.

Funny enough both companies operate a freemium business model

Imagine coca cola still spending billions of dollars yearly on brand promotion.

Even though they are well-known worldwide.

It means the only option to remain in business among other strategies is to keep being in the face of your customers and potential customers.

If not they will forget you for competing brand

Google the name, products, etc, or something related

Come back to Facebook/Instagram and do some scrolling to confirm.

If you do then how come you claim to be in business without a specific and reasonable budget for marketing?

If you are guilty of that offense, raise your hands.

Even though I knew 99% of the participants are guilty of that

They are waiting for someone to take the lead.

So I do.

And everyone follows

When you are building the future starting from nothing surrounded by those who do not believe in the future you are building.

You should be ready to take lots of insults and pain through the attitude of such people.

But use it to fuel your plan by ignoring them.

That's not even the worst.

When the future arrives, the same people who do not believe in the future when you are building it will still cost you pain by calling you names and claiming they are entitled to a portion of that future.

Maybe, just because you fuel it with their insult 🤣

So, to also make that moment worth your effort, you have to ignore their insult, do your best for them, and leave the rest

She lamented to me that she has spent so much in search of jobs but yet no good paying job for over 8 years.

I told her there are aspiring entrepreneur around the world in thousands which I am part of them who have spends times thousands if not millions she has spent but yet they have not achieved their personal or the business desired.

You have choose to earn money and create a successful career as employee rather than starting a business, are you given up just because you have not achieve your desire?

I hope you are not searching for job the old way and are updating your skills to match what today's Future of Works (FOW) that is already here require?

We spent an hour discussing solution to her challenges and I am glad she felt like up and ready to take actions on the recommendations .

Can't wait for the result and testimony as I follow up.

After the session I realised her case is not different from others who think it is hard to get lucrative jobs.

Haven't you meet people who wants something from you but expects you to ask them

Or think you should know they will need it without asking.

This kind of person expects you to assume and pay the price while they enjoy the prize.

But when you use your power of assumption in the direction that suits you, they complain and treat you as an enemy even though you may have their best interest at heart.

That's the same way, people live their life.

They asked nothing from the universe. They assumed she should know what they want.

When life offers them little to nothing because they asked for nothing

Some remain nonchalant while others became angry and go negative.

The universe takes that up.

For those who remain nonchalant, it is assumed they are satisfied with the option, so things remain that way and may likely go worst as they grow in life.

As for those who fume around with so much negativity, life assumed that is what they want instead of what she offers them, things go from little to nothing to worst.

The more they keep going negative, the worst things become for them just because the universe assumed they want more of it.

Until they change their attitude to communicate to life that they don't want that anymore, rather they want something else.

If the change is from negativity to doing nothing, they still remain the same and later the situation will gradually deteriorate.

Until they go positive. Which is absolutely a change of pattern that is clearly understood by the universe

Gradually, they started getting what they asked for

But the need for consistency that can be interpreted to speaking louder is needed since there could be noise within your communication channel.

Ask for whatever you want from life, it cost nothing but it is the first price to pay to win the prize life have for you.

The prize most times will never come directly just because you ask

It will come in form of activities you will need that will take you to where the prize is.

Believe me, there is no such thing as something for nothing

Which machinery (asset) do you have that is minting money (generating cashflow) for you everyday.

Before you start thinking by asset it must be physical and require you to break the bank to have one, please listen to me

Think in terms of digital or intellectual assets that will not require huge financial resources.

One such asset I acquired recently is a VTU portal (check comments for the link).

If you are reading this, it's an indication you have such assets you are not putting to use (monetizing) to start generating regular cashflow for you.

I mean your smartphone or laptop and your social media profile
