🙏🏽 Friday Prayer — 4th September
Dear God, today is Friday, the 4th of September, and I come before You with a grateful heart. Thank You for the gift of life, for waking me up this morning, and for bringing me safely through another week. Thank You for the battles You fought for me that I knew about and the ones I never even knew existed.
Lord, I thank You for carrying me through every difficult moment this week. There were moments when I felt tired, disappointed, worried, confused, and uncertain about what tomorrow would bring, but You never abandoned me. Even when I could not see a way forward, You were making a way for me.
Today, I surrender my worries, disappointments, fears, struggles, and unanswered questions into Your hands. I refuse to carry burdens that You have asked me to give to You. Take away everything that is disturbing my peace and replace it with peace, strength, hope, and confidence.
Lord, I pray that whatever did not work out this week will not make me lose faith. Help me understand that sometimes a closed door is protection, and sometimes a delay is preparation for something better. Give me the grace to trust Your timing even when I don't understand Your plans.
Father, bless me and my household. Protect us from evil, accidents, sickness, disappointment, and every plan that is not meant for our good. Let Your presence remain with us wherever we go. Cover our homes, our families, our work, our finances, and everything that concerns us.
As I enter this new day, let September bring good news, divine favour, open doors, answered prayers, unexpected blessings, and beautiful testimonies. May this month be better than the months before it. Let every legitimate opportunity meant for me locate me. Let every door that will bring me peace, progress, and happiness open at the right time.
Lord, give me strength where I am weak, courage where I am afraid, wisdom where I am confused, and patience where I am waiting. Remove from my heart every bitterness, anxiety, and disappointment. Help me to focus on the blessings You have already given me instead of worrying about what I am still waiting for.
I pray that before this month ends, I will have reasons to smile and say, “God truly answered my prayer.” Let my family experience peace. Let our efforts produce good results. Let our lives be filled with favour and testimonies.
Thank You, Lord, because I believe You are already working behind the scenes. I may not know how You will do it, but I trust that You will make everything beautiful in Your own time.
Thank You for this Friday. Thank You for September 4th. Thank You for life. Thank You for protection. Thank You for provision. Thank You for another opportunity to begin again.
I place the rest of this month completely into Your hands.
May September be a month of favour, peace, restoration, breakthrough, and abundant blessings for me and my household.
