“Hon. Adejoro Adeogun, I’ll say from the start, he’s been a blessing to this generation. A blessing to Akoko South West and South East Federal Constituency. Very articulate and very committed legislator. He relates with the traditional rulers and with the communities without any hindrance. No matter your position in the community, you’ll have access to him, he will listen to you and he will take note of whatever you request him to do. Since 1999 he stands out as one of the best that we have sent to the National Assembly. So, we are very proud of him.
One amazing thing about the man is that; when he was elected, even before going to the House, I mean before taking his oath of office as a Member of the NASS, our Town Hall that had been abandoned by successive governments for years was the first structure he renovated—with his own personal resources. He has eleven completed (infrastructure) projects, two ongoing, and two proposed projects. My prayer is for God to grant him good health and long life. God will elevate him beyond his current position because he did well with the brief opportunity that he had to serve his people, which suggests that if he has a higher position, he will do more for us. So I pray that God Almighty should elevate him because we are proud of him as our son in the two local governments of Akoko South East and Akoko South West” — His Royal Majesty, Oba Alh.
