My grandmother would often cook beans, but before doing so, she would separate the inferior beans from the superior ones, throwing away the former in the backyard. She would then proceed to cook the good beans. However, after a rainfall, the discarded beans would unexpectedly germinate and grow, becoming attractive. The same individual who had discarded them would subsequently harvest them, realizing the worth of the beans she had initially rejected. This story serves as a reminder not to become discouraged when others reject or look down on us. For it is inevitable that those who reject us today will be the same ones who will seek to exploit us tomorrow.
