Ugosinachi Celebrates Christmas with Stewards in Idemili South

The Member Representing Idemili South Constituency, Hon. Barr. Ebuka Igwe (Ugosinachi), has once again demonstrated his appreciation for loyalty and dedicated service by celebrating Christmas with stewards drawn from across Idemili South Local Government Area.

The beneficiaries of the Christmas celebration included all APGA ward executives in Idemili South, alongside Councillors, Media team and other local government representatives who have remained steadfast in promoting and advancing the ideals and vision of the All Progressives Grand Alliance at the grassroots level.

Widely known as a leader who rewards hard work and dedication, Hon. Ebuka Igwe described the Christmas celebration as a heartfelt way of saying “thank you” to the committed party faithful for their unwavering loyalty, resilience, and dedication to APGA throughout the year 2025.

Speaking during the event, the APGA Idemili South Local Government Chairman, Hon. Kizito Anoliefo, expressed profound gratitude to Ugosinachi for the kind gesture. He described him as a good and compassionate leader with a heart of gold, noting that this was not the first time Hon. Ebuka Igwe has empowered party members and constituents.

Hon. Anoliefo further encouraged him to continue his people-oriented leadership and good works, stressing that such gestures strengthen party unity, morale, and grassroots support.

The event ended in an atmosphere of joy, appreciation, and renewed commitment to the growth and success of APGA in Idemili South.

Anambra state security outfit udogachi, issues 4 days ultimatum to government officials withholding their security maintenance fee or risk heavy protest at government house.

The Anambra State security outfit, Udogachi in a video going viral, has raised alarm over the poor maintenance of its operational vehicles and inadequate logistics, attributing the situation to the alleged withholding of its security maintenance funds.

The group lamented that the lack of funds has severely affected its operations across the state, stressing that patrol vehicles are in bad condition and essential logistics are unavailable.
According to the outfit, the funds were approved for release but have allegedly not been disbursed by the relevant authorities, a situation they described as unacceptable given the security challenges facing the state.

Udogachi has therefore issued a four-day ultimatum to whoever is responsible for withholding the funds, warning that failure to release the money within the stipulated time will force its members to stage a massive protest at the Anambra State Government House.

The security outfit insists that the protest will be peaceful but firm, aimed at drawing the attention of Governor Chukwuma Soludo and the general public to what it described as deliberate neglect of frontline security operatives.

Hon. Ebuka Igwe Hosts Hello International End-of-Year Free School Feeding Program Celebration and Children’s Christmas Party in Alor

Over the weekend, Ebuka Igwe, Member Representing Idemili South Constituency, hosted the Hello International End-of-Year Free School Feeding Program Celebration and Children’s Christmas Party, which took place in Alor.

The event marked the successful completion of a four-month free school feeding programme attracted through the efforts of Hon. Ebuka Igwe. The President of Hello International Foundation, Nkiruka Agbazue, was present to celebrate the milestone. During the event, she distributed over 500 school bags with school uniforms and writing materials to pupils from various schools in Alor and Nawfia communities. Other Christmas gifts were also shared with the children, enabling them to celebrate the festive season in grand style.

One of the Special Guests of Honour, Rt. Hon. Somto Udeze, PhD, Speaker of the Anambra State House of Assembly, commended Hon. Ebuka Igwe for attracting such a laudable programme aimed at improving child welfare and supporting education across Anambra State.

Also present was the Commissioner for Women Affairs, Hon. Mrs. Ify Obinabo, who has stood firmly with the foundation from its inception. She recalled that the initiative began with visits to over five motherless babies’ homes across Anambra State. She encouraged the founder to continue the good work, assuring her that God Almighty would continue to provide more strength and resources.

As part of its Christmas outreach, *She Matters Initiative*, a subsidiary of Hello International Foundation also sponsored and shared meat with over 500 women in Alor, ensuring families were able to celebrate Christmas with joy and dignity.

The event ended successfully, with joy, gratitude, and renewed hope among children, women, and community members, further reinforcing the commitment of Hon. Ebuka Igwe and Hello International Foundation to humanitarian service and grassroots development.
