"Failing, learning, and trying again.

I watched a documentary on how the French army trains for a particular, but famous, barracks test.

One of the trainees said he joined the last training session and failed in the first week, being sent home. He began private training and took the course again, but failed once more in the second attempt.

However, by the third week of his second attempt, he felt he had grown past his previous performance. According to him, he said, "I'm happy I made it to the third week because I've learned from my mistakes." He planned to continue trying until he completed the course.

He failed, but he learned and tried again.

That's how life is: fail, learn, and try again."

In my personal journey,

I think something is special about the month,May.

The reason is because.....

On May 2024, I was inspired to write my first eBook titled "20 THINGS I DID" which center on the lesson I learnt from my years of intentional existence and experience on personal development and purpose discovery.

This also lead me to host an online conference in preparation for the eBook launch, which helped me learn a lot of things and connected me with other people in the industry.

I got a lot of experience from that just because i authored an eBook.

Now May 2025, I am inspired again to write a personal documentary about a part of my life.

This is fire compared to last years inspiration, because it is a story of my existence.

May be. May be not.

May is an Inspirational Month for me.

Today is the 31st of May......I keep on persevering not drawing back.

Any time I come across Ma Deborah Ochiedo's Post on X, I just wonder if that is her natural hair.

The length is massive and the thickness is another thing.

She is just flexing it and I will be wowed cos I love it.

But Miss Esther here, has made me believe that that is her natural hair and I can attest to that.

She doesn't braid natural Hair alone, she is a consultant, I Have known her for some years now and I can attest, she is gifted in that.

I might not give you the full gist here, but from what i learned from her I was able to keep and maintain my hair for 5 months as a guy, no locking or plaiting, just combing.

Now this is the update, 60 DGC is here again for ladies only, if you missed the last edition worry less.

I intentionally tried a new type of pepper

For the first time while cooking.

That evening, my friend and I went to the shop to buy ingredients for soup. While shopping, I noticed the fresh peppers were less plentiful than at other shops.

I decided to try a different kind of pepper - a ground pepper I hadn't used before. To understand how to use it in cooking, I tasted it. The shop assistant was surprised.

It was incredibly spicy!

Now, the reason I'm writing this: Why did I taste the pepper, knowing it was pepper?

I needed to know how hot it was to judge how much to use while cooking. That's the whole reason.

To you, my fellow creative: Before you embark on any project, ask yourself: What's the purpose? Are you doing it just because others are?

Discover the purpose behind everything you do. Don't blindly follow trends; understand the "Why". If you don't know the purpose, the consequences might be unexpectedly unpleasant (like tasting a very hot pepper!).

YOU CAN'T GIVE ME,WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE!!!

This is a fact and that is why we ought to work tirelessly to avert failure and shame.

You can't offer what you don't have,so am I.

I once spoke in a teenagers class in my church,

In this class with their normal teachers,they will make noise until the teacher gets upset.

I noticed that and decided to make out time and address them,I was granted the permission by the convener.

I spoke to them and in the course of my speaking,I pin pointed the word GRACE,it's meaning and benefit.

I spoke to them out of the experiences I had and they were all quiet looking at me as i speak,it was this class that was Usually noisy.

But that day,they were so quiet listening ,why they were learning in a different way and the confidence in which I spoke with will make you know I am giving what I have.

How did it start,before them i was advised by my daddy in the Lord to seek grace,that was all.

But when I sought for grace and from the experiential evidences I gained, I was able to fluently speak on it with confidence.

I had that and that was why I could give it....

If i don't have it, I will never give it...

So learn with intentionality on specific things,so you can give it out confidently when the need arise.

A life is lived carelessly,because the essence of its existence is not yet discovered,a life without purpose is meaningless.

Discover your purpose today,and let your life speak of it's essence.
Purpose discovery is essential,becaue it helps that word "FOCUS" to be more effective.
You cannot work on and be diligent on what you have not discovered.

Discovering the essence of life helps us get more result to our work,focus and diligence.

Discover the purpose of existence and live a fruitful life.

Many things happens in the process of purpose discovery.

Learning is a vital path that leads to purpose discovery.

All this and more are what you gain in the process of discovering the purpose of life and its existence,

you become more wiser than your peers and more knowledgeable.

You might not know all this during this process,but people around you will know that you are an embodiment of wisdom,that is when people start seeking you.

There are laid down procedure for achieving what ever you have in view.

Their is a process which you have to follow,
The process is already there,you have to find it in accordance to your pursuit and follow suite.

Many want to achieve but daily they neglect the procedure,may be out of ignorance.

And some thought the process takes time,so they tend to neglect it.

Yes,without mincing words,Due process takes time but it gives the desired result.

If David,the king had followed the process which was laid down for carrying the ark of Covenant,a soul won't have been lost that day.

Oh yes,they were in a haste to bring in the ark into the temple after some days of being held captive by their enemy.

Instead of following the process which was to carry the ark by the Levi into the temple,they placed it on a chariot and on the process of the ride,the ark seems to be falling off and for Uriah to hold it on,God striked him because he was not a Levi and it brought fear instead of Joy.

Why,they didn't follow the process which they knew,this is to show that anything not done in the right process doesn't bring the desired result rather it bring the opposite.

So therefore brethren,don't be in a haste to achieve,follow and trust the process and you will achieve.

But if we decide not to follow the process,then we are certainly doing our selves more harm than Good.
