We've been encouraged to be positive and believe in ourselves, and that's great. But today, let's talk about something specific: stopping negative habits. We've all got something we're stuck on – maybe it's phone addiction, smoking, or procrastination.
The thing is, we often say "I can't stop" or "I can't help it". But here's the truth: with the right mindset and support, you can stop those bad habits. It's not about being perfect; it's about taking small steps towards change.
Know this:
1. You have the power to stop: Don't let negative habits control you. You've got the ability to make a change, and it's okay to start small.
Let your mind encounter the power of your creator and you will see those lifestyle come to a halt.
2. Don't start what you'll regret: Think before you start something, and be willing to stop when it's not serving you.
The Past hunts really bad, so before you engage in any activity make sure it is what you will never regret doing.
As they say, "Don't start what you later wish to stop, don't stop what you intentionally started" So think wisely.
