Things I Didn’t Expect During Pregnancy 😩🤰🏽

I knew pregnancy would change my body… but I honestly didn't know it would change so many things at once! 😂

The tiredness was something else. Sometimes, I could sleep and still wake up feeling like I had done hard labour. 😩

Then came the constant spitting, thick phlegm, vomiting and that strange feeling of not even wanting to drink water. 🤢

And let's not even talk about digestion! Food could just sit there like it had paid rent in my stomach. 😂😭

But the biggest surprise wasn't even the physical changes.

It was realizing that pregnancy is not just about carrying a baby… it's an emotional journey too. Some days I felt excited, some days I was scared, and some days I just wanted to be left alone.

Looking back now, I realize I was becoming a mother long before I held my baby in my arms. ❤️

And trust me… this was only the beginning. 👀

My first trimester — the symptoms I experienced 😩🤰🏽

After finding out I was pregnant, I thought the next thing would just be excitement, buying tiny baby clothes and enjoying the whole pregnancy journey. 😂

Omo… pregnancy had other plans for me! 😭😂

The first trimester came with symptoms I honestly wasn’t prepared for. The tiredness, vomiting, constant spitting, feeling uncomfortable, food and water not always sitting well with me… and those days when I would just wonder, “So this is how pregnancy is?” 😩😂

Some days were okay, some days were really tough, but looking back now, I’m grateful I made it through every single day. ❤️

And the funny thing is… I didn't even know the journey was just beginning. 😂

Fumzy’s Pregnancy Diary — Episode 1 🤰🏽❤️

I still remember the moment I found out I was pregnant…

So many emotions came at once — happiness, fear, excitement, and honestly, a little bit of “God, am I really ready for this?” 😂

At that point, I had no idea how much this pregnancy would change me.

I thought pregnancy was simply about carrying a baby for 9 months and waiting for the big day.

I was wrong.

The journey came with beautiful moments, uncomfortable moments, fears, tears, surprises and experiences I never expected.

And now that my little boy is here, I can look back and say…

“Wow. I actually went through all that!” 🥹❤️

So, I'm taking you all back to the beginning and sharing my pregnancy journey, one episode at a time.
