Last month, I sent money to one of my relatives in the village to give to my parents, 100k (naira). Later I called him to ask if he has received alert he said yes that he's not around when he comes back he will use pos to collect the money, so after some minutes I called to know if he had collected the money, he told me that it didn't go and bank debited him while the POS guy said he has not seen alert that he can't give him the money, he said he inserted his 🏧 3 times , which reads decline, and he can't go to d bank cause the account is not his own but his elder bro who's in outside county, but I asked him about d account before I sent the money he said it’s his own , now I don't know what to do , I don't know if him and the POS agent are lying to me…,though he sent me the copy , I don't know if I should tell him to pay me the money back or I should forget about the money, please advise me on what to do …. sorry for the long post .
