Chief Stephen Achema Akpa is the Chairman/CEO of Zoe New Dawn Ltd.

Zoe New Dawn Nigeria LTD is a very reputable real estate company in both Abuja and Lagos. He (Chief Stephen Achema Akpa) is a real estate mogul and associates with Obi Cubana and Ikukuoma.

Evang Nicolas Ukachukwu, also known as Ikukuoma, needed money badly. He (Evang Nicolas Ukachukwu) approached Chief Stephen Akpa and offered to sell him some hectares of land within Abuja since 2022.

The man paid him N1 billion for the land, but according to him, Ikukuoma now claims he doesn't want to sell again. The millionaire estate mogul, Stephen, wants a refund, but since 2022, Ikukuoma has been using high-security measures surrounding him to ward the man off.

Reports have it that Ikukuoma lives in the A*o Villa, where not everyone has security clearance to enter. In his office, he is always surrounded by security, which made it impossible for Chief Stephen to even come close.

Luckily for Chief Stephen, he was informed that Evang Nicolas Ukachukwu is holidaying with his family at Transcorp, where he was blocked by Chief Stephen asking for a refund of his N1 billion.

From the video, you can see that Ikukuoma used his security once again to escape further embarrassment.

BANDITS DISPLAY WEAPONS AT PEACE MEETING IN KATSINA

Bandits openly displayed weapons during a peace meeting in Katsina State, days after Governor Dikko Radda confirmed his administration was in talks with groups terrorising local communities.

In Zamfara, some villages in Anka LGA have also engaged in direct negotiations with bandits to stop attacks and allow farming, though Governor Dauda Lawal insists his government is not part of such deals.

Both Katsina and Zamfara authorities maintain that genuine dialogue can only happen after bandits surrender their arms, as concerns grow over the risks of legitimising criminal groups through these community-driven peace efforts.

It is no longer news that the NIGERIAN final regulatory body had arrested and detained some months ago without telling him the reason behind such arrest. Months later, his phone is yet to be released to him which is now viewed as bridge of his fundamental rights.
