💡"Why do I feel ashamed of something natural?"

For centuries, girls have been whispering about their periods, hiding their sanitary pads like contraband, and suffering in silence.

But let’s set the record straight:
🩸 Your period is not dirty.
🩸 It is not a curse.
🩸 It does not make you weak.

What does make you weak is shame—shame that forces young girls to suffer in silence when they don’t have access to sanitary products. Shame that stops them from asking questions when they’re scared and confused.

🛑 NO MORE.

Dear girl, wash your hands before and after changing your pad or tampon.
Dear girl, change your pad every 4-6 hours to prevent infections.
Dear girl, drink enough water and stay active to ease cramps.

Speak about your period proudly. No more whispers. No more hiding.

Have you ever been unable to read your own handwriting? 😅 It happens! But did you know that neat handwriting can make you score higher in exams? ✍️📚

Good handwriting is important because;

✅ It helps teachers read your answers easily.
✅ It makes your notes more organised for revision.
✅ It helps your brain remember things better.

📌 How To Improve Your Handwriting:
🖊 Write slower – don’t rush your notes.
📏 Use a ruler to make straight underlines.
📖 Practise daily – write one neat page every evening.
💡 Try cursive or Nelson writing (for those who love a challenge!).
