This is one big advantage of the Nwa Boi system.

Meet Frank Chukwudi.
21 years old.

He started as a Nwa Boi at just 13 years old.
He didn’t plan to go into business — he wanted to go to school. But after losing his dad early, he had to step up for his younger siblings.

When he saw me today, he couldn’t hide his excitement.
He took me straight to his shop and asked me to bless him.
Me wey no sabi pray like that — I still had to, because I’m genuinely proud of this boy.

I used to buy from his oga and always noticed how loyal and dedicated he was. He’s a good boy.

7 years later, he’s now standing on his own.
Frank is now an oga himself.

I remember talking about this business a while back, and someone asked to learn the trade.
Well, here’s your chance.
Frank is solid — and I want to support him the same way his oga supported him.

I didn’t plan to buy anything, but I still bought one thing just so my money would enter his shop.
I know his oga will see this and smile with pride.

If you’re in Enugu and need solid cosmetic products, please buy from him.
He’s also open to teaching anyone who wants to learn skincare or start a cosmetic business.

Offor, God bless you.
At least you’re one of the few great Igbo men who kept their word and settled this boy properly.

You got him a shop, stocked it up, and even gave him money to start.
That’s how to do it.

You didn’t just train him — you empowered him.
Chukwu Gozie gi.
Yagazie.

IGBO WOMEN, when should we talk about you?

Igbo women; the sweetest specie of all women. When an Igbo woman is your true friend or she's in love with you, or she's married to you, you'd enjoy the highest form of support you've ever seen. She will support you physically and financially.

Igbo woman will never be mean to you because she's angry. That an Igbo woman is angry does not mean she wouldn't cook for her man and serve him. She might not talk to you from morning till night but she will never starve you.

Igbo woman protects her man's ego. If her man is facing a financial setback she steps up to shoulder the bills and she will never use it to mock him. Even if the man himself says he's very broke , she will reply "baby nobody asked you stop telling them".

Igbo woman can send a man abroad because of love, marry that man, yet remain submissive to that man, and never for once remind him or mock him that she made him who he is today.

Igbo woman is hardworking and domesticated. When an Igbo woman is angry all she wants are your listening ears, and "mummy I'm sorry" in the end.

Apart from relationship, igbo women geh DOINGS. If you have an Igbo woman as a good friend, they're super reliable and can go extra mile for you.

The Spiritual meaning of using Nkwụ Enu for Traditional marriage in Igboland.

Nkwụ the Palm Tree (Elaeis guineensis jacq) originated in the tropical rain forest region of West Africa.
Igbo culture and spirituality is deep rooted in nature and its significance.
Now days, we see a lot of absurd mix up in Igbo culture, people tend to turn away from the significance of what they are doing, and rather choose to show off the outside or in practice of a particular belief system that tagged the wine "alcohol" or "Evil".
The many reasons why we have failed marriages and homes is not only about individual differences or lack of love as preachers will always say. What about "significance of nature" in every marriage. what about knowing the significance of what you are going into(commitment) of becoming a co-creator with Nature, before making the step. Weather we like it or not, we the Igbo people still have a lot of connections with Nature. "Chi"

It is also important we know the stages of Igbo marriage.
Stage 1: Ikụ aka (The knocking on the door)
Stage 2: Ijụ ajụjụ (The investigation stage)
Stage 3: The return or 2nd visit. (discussion of the list)
Stage 4: The Igba ndụ and Dowry negotiations
Stage 5: The Igba nkwụ ceremony
Stage 6: Idu Ụnọ
Stage 7: The Imata ani

Now the significance of Nkwụ enu in Igbo traditional marriage.
In Igbo belief and spirituality, Nkwụ is a very important tree that stays forever and useful to the last element of it.
The blessings that "anyi ga agba ka nkwụ maka na nkwụ adịghị agwu agwụ, anyi agaghị agba ka ngwọ maka na ngwọ na agba mana emechaa ọnwụ ọ"

(we shall all be like the palm tree, because the palm tree keeps bringing forth good and useful things.)
Thus they shall have a home that will bring forth good children, good things, Happiness, Wealth and Peace.

Ya gazie nụ o. 🙌
