Keep your chinchin in an air tight bucket and store in your freezer!
Not because if you don't, it will go bad but because it gets better with taste!
Use ice cold water to mix your dough for chinchin! You will love the outcome
Use cornflour instead of flour to dust your work surface
Milk is a game changer more than egg if your customer is willing to pay for it. If they won't, use good milk zest flavor and milk emulsion by Remix for your chinchin and you will fall in love. If you want your neighbors to knock and ask what's going on, add a drop of the flavour to your oil 😂
Use good oil and you won't be needing to add onion to your oil
Use sachet oil it saves cost more than the one in plastic containers!
Allow your chinchin to cool completely before packing.
Margarine has salt so be careful the salt you add but adding salt is a must!
