You know that saying, "Romance is not romantic until it becomes dramatic"? Sadly, that's one of our biggest problems.
Many of us don't like simple solutions. If something is too easy, we doubt it will work. We often believe that the more complicated something is, the more effective it must be.
Just look at Naaman in the Bible. When he was told to simply wash in the river and be healed, he refused at first because the solution seemed too ordinary. He expected something bigger and more dramatic.
The truth is, not every problem needs a complicated answer. Sometimes, the simplest solution is exactly what we need. Wisdom is knowing when to stop looking for complexity and accept what works.
Don't let your expectations make you miss your blessings. Sometimes, the answer you've been praying for won't come in a dramatic package. It may come through a simple instruction, a humble process, or an ordinary opportunity.
