HUSBAND CHASED OUT HIS SICK WIFE AND THEN MARRIED HIS EX-GIRLFRIEND.
Episode 2
Inside the house, Amara could barely contain her excitement. She threw herself onto Sam, wrapping her arms around his neck as she laughed with glee. “Finally, Sam!” she said, her voice dripping with satisfaction. “It’s just the two of us now. No more drama, no more Jessica.”
Sam smiled, his heart feeling lighter than it had in years. “We deserve this, Amara. I’m done with all that stress.”
To celebrate their newfound freedom, Sam went to the kitchen and returned with a bottle of champagne and two glasses. They popped the bottle, letting the cork fly across the room, and laughed as they toasted to their future. “To us,” Amara said, raising her glass, her eyes shining. “To a fresh start.”
The two clinked their glasses together and spent the rest of the evening planning their new life. They danced in the living room, their joy echoing through the house. Little did they know that outside, the rain was soaking the fragile frame of the woman Sam had once promised to love and protect.

Jessica and Ada struggled to walk through the quiet, rain-soaked road. The cold rainwater trickled down Jessica’s face, mixing with her tears. Her legs felt like lead, and her breathing was labored. Ada held onto her madam, doing her best to support her, but she too was growing weak.
Suddenly, the faint sound of an approaching car broke the silence. A sleek black car came to a slow stop beside them, and the window rolled down to reveal a young man with a kind face. He looked at them with concern, his dark eyes softening as he took in their soaked and exhausted forms.
“Madam, are you okay?” he asked, his voice gentle.
Jessica tried to speak but couldn’t find the strength. It was Ada who answered. “Please, sir, we need help. Madam is very sick.”
The man nodded without hesitation. “Come in,” he said, stepping out of the car and opening the door for them. “You shouldn’t be out in this rain.”
With the man’s help, they both climbed into the car, Jessica leaning heavily on Ada. As soon as they were seated, Ada slumped forward, unconscious.
“God! What’s happening?” the man exclaimed, quickly adjusting the rearview mirror to check on her. “Hold on, I’m taking you to the hospital.”
Jessica was too weak to respond, but she silently prayed for Ada as the car sped through the rain.
At the hospital, the young man, who introduced himself as Raphael, carried Ada into the emergency room while Jessica was helped into a wheelchair by the nurses. Raphael stayed by their side, his heart heavy with worry. He paced the waiting room as the nurses attended to Ada.
“Will she be okay?” Raphael asked one of the nurses.
“She’s dehydrated and exhausted, but she’ll be fine after some rest,” the nurse assured him.
Jessica, now sitting on a hospital bed, looked at Raphael with gratitude. “Thank you,” she whispered, her voice weak but sincere. “You saved us.”
Raphael shook his head. “Don’t thank me. I couldn’t just leave you out there. You both needed help.”
Ada regained consciousness after a few hours, and the first thing she did was look for Jessica. “Madam,” she said weakly, reaching for her. Jessica held her hand, tears streaming down her face. “I’m here, Ada. I’m here.”
Raphael stood by, watching the bond between the two women. He couldn’t understand how someone could abandon them in such a state, but he decided not to ask questions just yet.
Meanwhile, Amara and Sam were living their best lives. They spent their days shopping, attending events, and cruising around town. At night, they hit the nightclubs, dancing and laughing without a care in the world. To Sam, this was the life he had always wanted, carefree, exciting, and free from the burden of Jessica’s sickness and constant heartbreak.

Amara, ever the life of the party, basked in the attention they received wherever they went. To her, Jessica was a distant memory, and she was determined to keep it that way.
When Jessica was discharged from the hospital, Raphael offered to drive them home. But as they sat in the car, Jessica hesitated. “I have no home,” she admitted quietly. “My husband threw me out.”
Raphael was silent for a moment, processing her words. Then he made a decision. “You can stay with me,” he said. “I live alone in a big house. You’ll be safe there.”
Jessica looked at him in disbelief. “I don’t want to be a burden.”
“You won’t be,” Raphael said firmly. “I have more than enough space. Please, let me help you.”
Jessica nodded, too tired to argue. When they arrived at Raphael’s house, she was stunned. The house was large, with a beautiful garden and spacious rooms. Raphael showed them to a comfortable guest room and assured them they could stay as long as they needed.
“You’ve been through enough,” he said. “Focus on getting better.”
Six weeks later, Amara walked into the living room where Sam was watching TV. She had a radiant smile on her face and an envelope in her hand. “Sam,” she said, her voice filled with excitement. “I have something to tell you.”
“What is it?” Sam asked, sitting up.
Amara handed him the envelope, and he opened it to find a pregnancy test result. His eyes widened as he read the words. “You’re pregnant?”
Amara nodded, tears of joy streaming down her face. “Yes, Sam. We’re going to have a baby.”
Sam jumped to his feet and hugged her tightly. “This is the best news ever! I can’t believe it!”
They celebrated the news by going out for dinner, their joy evident to everyone around them. To Sam, this was the confirmation he needed that he had made the right decision. He finally felt like his life was falling into place.
Back at Raphael’s house, Jessica was slowly regaining her strength. With Raphael and Ada’s support, she began to heal, both physically and emotionally. She spent her days reading, praying, and reflecting on her life. Though the pain of her husband’s betrayal still lingered, she was beginning to find hope again.
Raphael, ever kind and patient, became a source of comfort for her. He listened to her stories, encouraged her to eat, and reminded her that she was not alone. Ada, who had fully recovered, was always by her side, offering her unwavering support.
Jessica didn’t know what the future held, but for the first time in a long time, she felt hope.
