I have seen a lot of people celebrating Peller, Jarvis and the house given to them but nobody has ever explained if it's truly a gift or lease.

What is actually written on the documents is our concerned not showing us a document just like that.

Congratulations to Peller but I still want to ask why will a great Man like Ochacho say a GIFT and do a LEASE?

I once had a similar situation where someone I acknowledged as the chairman of my occasion mentioned a certain amount of money and people clapped only for me to reach out to him after the occasion, he told me he did that to boost the moral of the occasion.

Did I ask you to boost my Occasion,, people started celebrating me of how much I got not until I started explaining what happened and how it happened, a lot of people never believed me and some who wanted to help changed their mind, what if Peller never ask for the documents before the live camera?

Queen May has continuously defiled age and maintain her beauty year in and year out, how she does that is just only her can answer the question because it baffling.

One sweet thing about her is the fact that every stone casted on, she has quietly but continuously used them to build and laid her corner stone.

A lot of people can arrogantly talk down on her but any day they meet her, they quickly fall in line and become immediate friends not because she ask for but because her personality easily convert enemity to instant friendship.

God abeg, don't let this be true otherwise how do we explain it to all who went home believing Peller and Jarvis got a ₦400 million mansion fully furnished.

It's alleged that Peller had the man who gifted him the Abuja Mansion worth ₦400 million and fully furnished Mr Ochecho on his TikTok live and requested for the documents of the house,,,, 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.

The story changed,, the story turn from gift🎁 to lease without charge as alleged,,,,,,,,, he told Peller the house actually is for his son who is below 14 but choose to lease it to Peller and Jarvis though he didn't ask for money,,,😭😭😭😭😭.

So they have to make use of it pending possibly when the son is matured and get married,,,,,,, then the building will be revoked and possibly renovated and given back to his son,,,,,,,,, Nigerians,,,,,,, what is the meaning of this?

Leasing the house to Peller and Jarvis is not bad rather a great honor worthy of appreciation but the mode and the venue of presentation messed the whole thing up,,,,,,,, why telling the whole world it's a gift when actually it was a lease and considering the class of the person who did it.

If this happens to be true, then how do we look at the man who presented the house before the whole world?
