The truth is, you cannot move forward while holding on to what should have been left behind. Healing begins the moment you choose to let go. Forgive yourself for the mistakes you made with the knowledge you had at the time. Forgive the situation, not because it was fair, but because you deserve peace. Accept that some chapters have ended and that constantly reliving them will not change the outcome.
