Each school is to present a contestant for the short story contest & a contestant for the speech-giving contest.
Each contestant is to explore the theme "Hope Lives Here" in the context of National Unity intertwined with advocacy for Abstinence and expunging Comprehensive Sexuality Education from the School Curriculum.
