You see the practices you engaged in previous years that contributed negatively to your hair and scalp state, you should definitely let them go this year.
It's folly to continue with those "bad" Haircare practices.

That's one goal but should not be all.
Your scalp health is there to look out for.
Yes, heathy scalp contributes to healthy hair but the question is: Did you include making sure your scalp stays healthy in your plans?
There are some steps you have to take to achieve something "different" this year.
•Have you been Moisturizing the wrong way? work on that.
•Have you been Washing your hair only when you feel like? Change that.
•Have you been Detangling your hair like you are beefing it? Of course you need to change that if you actually want your hair to "grow"
•Have you been applying all sorts of products to your scalp intentionally? That has to stop, let your scalp breathe and do its job!
•Is your hair experiencing Moisture or Protein overload? Reverse that.
•Is your hair damaged from heat? The most reasonable solution is to cut off the damaged parts and be sure not to suffer from heat damage anymore.
•Is your hair experiencing Product buildup? Review your routine and see what you're doing wrong. Product buildup is one thing we overlook but should avoid.
•Do you have dandruff and other scalp conditions? Work on controlling/getting rid of that as the case may be.
•Do you have split ends and fairy knots? Let your hair shears do their job.
•Is your hair thinning out or shedding excessively? Find out the possible cause(s), it may be more of internal problem than external, you may have to see your doctor to see what's wrong.
•Has your diet been poor? Work on it.
Stay hydrated as well.
•Is your hairline almost completely damaged? Reverse that and do the right things before it gets permanently damaged!
•Is your hairline damaged?
See a trichologist/dermatologist. It could be more than what just your "hair growth oil" can do.
•Have you been wearing your hair out too often and it's having negative effect on your hair health? Join me and reduce that this year.
•Have you been installing damaging hairstyles, I actually don't need to tell you to stop but please let that go this year and forever!
🔺There's a long list but you may have to change some or lots of practices to actually get what you want.

You can set goals this year and still not achieve them if you do not put in the work.
The goals won't achieve themselves all because you set them right?
Let's be realistic and intentional this year.
