Do you know that the gate of this building fall off for over 4 months now and the tenant has refused to fix it why because is not their property. They have refused to join hand and get it done.
They are all waiting for the landlord to do it and he is also not ready

A lawyer sold his well to a teacher. Two days later, the lawyer came to the teacher and said, "Sir, I sold you the well, but not with the water inside! If you want to use the water, you will have to pay extra."

The teacher smiled and replied, "Yes, I was about to come to you. I was going to say that you should please take your water from my well, or else you will have to start paying rent for keeping your water in my well from tomorrow because I only needed the well but not the water inside.
