Happy birthday to my husband, man m.❤️

Another year of your life, and I’m grateful to God for the man you are and for the privilege of doing life with you.

Marriage has taught me that love is not only in the big romantic moments. It is in the little things—the sacrifices, the patience, the laughter, the responsibilities, the disagreements we survive, and choosing each other again and again.

Thank you for being my husband, Jason’s daddy, and the man I get to call mine.

I pray this new year brings you greater wisdom, good health, peace, favour and open doors. May God bless the work of your hands and take you places you never imagined.

May you continue to grow into the man God has called you to be.

Happy birthday, Daddy Jason. 🥰

We love you, and we’re rooting for you always. ❤️

I guess my outfit exposed me. 😂

We worship at Osogbo Cathedral, and with Osogbo Diocese hosting the Catholic Bishops in Nigeria this month, there are already preparations going on.

After Mass yesterday, I was waiting for my husband to finish exchanging pleasantries when a group approached me with a camera.

Without any notice, they started asking:

“Which state are you from?”
“Which diocese are you under?”

I said, “Okigwe.”

Then came the one that finished me:

“What is the name of your Bishop?” 😂😂

Of course, I answered them. Back home, I was very active in church, so I know my Bishop. 😂

At that point, I knew they were already certain I wasn’t from Osogbo Diocese. And honestly, I couldn’t blame them.

Apparently, my dressing had already announced:

“This one is not Yoruba. She is not from our diocese😂😂

Sunday is for looking good, feeling good and thanking God for the gift of another week. ❤️

No long story today… just me and a grateful heart.

May this new week bring us good news, answered prayers, peace of mind and reasons to smile.

Happy Sunday, beautiful people. ❤️

I like AWOOf ooo 😂😂 But once something looks too good, my suspicious mind will wake up immediately.

Yesterday, I saw these people advertising around Oke-Fia, Osogbo, and they handed me this flyer.

Now, I’m not saying they are doing anything wrong ooo. I’m genuinely curious. Because as a businesswoman, whenever I see a price that is significantly lower than the current market price, the first thing I ask myself is:

“How are they making their own profit?” 🤔

Because if I can’t understand the business model, I start wondering whether it is actually awoof or whether Peter is being used to pay Paul.

Coincidentally, my groundnut oil finished on Tuesday. I’m considering either going to the market to buy it for about ₦15,500, or getting it from these people for ₦8,000 and waiting 7 days before picking it up.

That’s almost half the price, so naturally, I have questions. 😂

Please, has anyone here bought from them before? Do you know them or have any genuine experience with them?

I’m not looking for rumours or hearsay ooo. If you’ve actually dealt with them, please share your experience in the comments.

And if I eventually buy from them and discover that they are genuine, I’ll still come back and tell you all.

Because I like awoof, but I also like my money where I can see it. 😂😂

For the first time I am considering cutting my hair. I want to explore low cut. Await my new look soon

“Unless they kill God…”

This particular frame in my parlour is an energy giver and a hope restorer. ❤️
Sometimes, I sit and look at it, and it reminds me that no matter how difficult life gets, there is still one thing I can hold on to — God.

People can disappoint you. Plans can fail. Money can finish. Things can go completely opposite of what you expected.

But unless they kill God… there is still hope.

As long as God is alive, there is still a way.
As long as He is on the throne, my story is not over.
As long as I can pray, I can hope.

So, when life gets overwhelming, I look at this frame and remind myself:

“Chiamaka, breathe. God is still here. We will be alright.” 🤍

And honestly, sometimes that is all the encouragement I need.
