The African Democratic Congress (ADC) flagbearer for the 2026 Osun State governorship election, Rt. Hon. Dr. Najeem Folasayo Salaam, today joined Muslim faithful at the Ejigbo Central Mosque, Oja Oba, Ejigbo, Osun State, for the observance of the Jumu’ah prayer.

Following the congregational prayer, special prayers were offered for him by the Chief Imam of Ejigbo, Fadilat Sheikh Sulaimon Omotokese, who prayed for divine guidance, wisdom, peace, and success in his political journey and service to the people of Osun State.

AL-QAYUM INT’L COLLEGE, TEMIDIRE ESTATE EJIGBO, OSUN STATE successfully held its 7th Annual Inter-House Sport Competition today amidst excitement, unity and healthy competition among students.

The colorful event took place at the Al-Qayum Field by 11:00 AM and featured different sporting activities including track races, relays, long jump, and other field events.

Students, teachers, parents, and invited guests gathered to witness the memorable occasion as participants displayed outstanding talents, discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the competition.

The competition ended with presentation of medals, trophies, and special recognition to outstanding houses and participants.

Ejigbo Muslim Women Appreciate Support, Seek More Help for Orphanage Project

Ejigbo Muslim Women and its environs have expressed sincere appreciation to everyone who has supported the orphanage home project from the beginning. They prayed that Almighty Allah will bless all contributors abundantly.

The group noted that there are still many tasks to be completed and called on the public to continue supporting the project, emphasizing that no amount is too small.

Earlier today, members of the group came out to continue filling the orphanage home site with sand as part of ongoing efforts to move the project forward.

They urged well-meaning individuals to support the noble cause.
