FAITH AND WORK: PARTNERS, NOT OPPOSITES 🛠️🙏
“Show me your faith without works, and I’ll show you my faith by my works.” – James 2:18
Let’s be honest many of us have been taught to separate our “spiritual life” from our “work life.”
Like faith is for Sundays and work is for weekdays.
But that’s not how God sees it.
Faith isn’t just about praying, waiting, or quoting scriptures.
Faith is movement. Faith is obedience. Faith is doing the work even when it doesn’t make sense yet.
Think about it:
🔹 Noah didn’t just believe he built.
🔹 Abraham didn’t just hear God he walked away from everything familiar.
🔹 Jesus didn’t just pray He worked while it was day.
Faith is not lazy.
It believes, and then it builds.
It trusts, and then it takes steps.
Your daily work whatever it is is not separate from your faith.
Whether you're editing photos, managing a business, raising kids, learning a skill, or pushing through a tough job that’s where your faith is meant to show.
💡 Faith gives meaning to your work.
💡 Work gives expression to your faith.
So don’t just say you believe.
Show it. In how you work. In how you serve. In how you stay committed when it’s not easy.
God blesses that kind of faith, the one that walks, works, and worships.
