Members of Umu Ada Akokwa na Ohigiri today staged a peaceful demonstration at the Imo State House of Assembly, appealing for government intervention in the ongoing court case involving them and some traditional rulers (Ezes) in Akokwa. The group emphasized the need for an amicable resolution of the dispute in the interest of peace, unity, and harmony in Akokwa land.
