Growing up I learnt Leadership from my dad, and Business from my mum.
I always saw things from an optimistic standpoint, till I ventured into real estate, then I began to understand that real estate is the comfort of the people, by the people and for the people.
You build the people and the people build and sustain development.
Without building the people you encounter multifaceted forms of resistance to development; this could come in form of.
1. Land Grabbing.
2. Communal Clashes.
3. Theft and Vandalism
So Beyond the Quest for Wealth creation, Beyond Pursuit to achieve sales targets and build financial freedom.
As we forge individually towards disrupting the industry, pushing boundaries and setting new standards as to what real estate could be in Africa.
We must understand that the most important factor in all of this is LIFE .
Humanity is our ability to be humans.
And so, to truly become modern we must embrace unity and collaborations because it is our common beliefs that draws us together and sets us on our path to civilization.
And so, we must pay attention to:

5. SKILL ACQUISITION
6. CONFLICT RESOLUTION
7. JOB CREATION
8. DECENTRALIZATION OF DEVELOPMENT
