How I Lost a Customer in My VTU Business and What It Taught Me

Some time ago, a customer ordered data. I saw the message late because I was handling too many things at once: trying to reply to DMs, post online, check my balance, and handle family responsibilities.
By the time I sent the data, the person had already bought from someone else… and never came back.

I lost both the customer's trust, the customer himself and my money.

That day stung, but it taught me this:

🟡“Speed and communication are everything in the VTU business.”

Here’s what I changed after that:

🟢 I created quick-response message templates

🟢 I set alarms to double-check pending orders

🟢 I focused on quality service, not just making sales

Now my customers trust me more; not because I’m perfect, but because I’m consistent and honest.

🩶 If you run a service-based business, remember: how fast and how well you serve can determine how far you go.
