But honestly, when I look at my children sleeping peacefully, I just thank God.

One thing I have noticed about twins is how they copy each other.

One starts dancing, the other joins.

One starts running, the other follows.

One starts laughing, the other is laughing too, even when they don’t know what is funny.

Sometimes I just stand there watching them.

You don’t have to have everything figured out.

Some days you will be patient.

Some days you will be tired.

Some days the children will scatter the whole house and you will just sit down and laugh.

It’s okay.

Motherhood is not about being perfect.

We are learning every day.

There is something beautiful about watching twins grow together.

They can annoy each other all day.

Fight over toys.

Cry over food.

But when one goes somewhere, the other one will start looking for that person.

That part gets me every time.

No matter how much they fight, there is still this little bond between them that only they understand.
