Abia Man Exposed In Domestic Violence With Wife In A Viral Video Has Been Arrested

Abia state man in a viral video seen by The Republican News, who was involved in a domestic violence has been arrested. The man was seen mercilessly battering his wife in Aba, Abia State in a domestic violence incident that public sparked public outrage. The incident raised concerns about domestic violence with many calling for proper investigation.
A member of an Igbo group Ogene Ndigbo and a US-trained Barrister and Abian politician Barr. Madu Bright Alwell has intervened in the matter which led to the arrest of the man involved in the domestic violence.
In his post revealing the arrest of the man involved he wrote;
“My dear brothers and sisters of this noble group… OGENE NDIIGBO.
I will like to inform us that since yesterday, I have devoted my time pleading with IGP Olatunji Disu, the entire DIG’s in Nigeria serving and retired, AIG’s, CP’s and the Great Abia Commissioner Of Police to look into this matter.
However, I am elated to inform us that few minutes ago I was contacted by the Abia Commissioner Of Police and men from Louis Edet House Abuja to inform me that the animal and bastard husband has been picked up and now in custody. He will be prosecuted in earnest.
Bravo to Abia CP Danladi Isah, IGP Olatunji Disu and all the men and women of Abia Police Command.
