"I think rebuilding is always difficult, especially when you're talking about a club the size of Chelsea; it's even more challenging. Everyone expects Chelsea to win trophies and perform at an incredible level, so the pressure will always be there."

"I hope the people within the club can rediscover that winning mentality and translate that into trophies. I believe that over the last 20 years, Chelsea has been the most successful club in England, so we shouldn't forget the past. I think everyone should continue to believe in and love the club, and try to help it through these difficult times."

🎴Simin Johnson: "Xabi Alonso set his team up to play very entertaining football in a 3-4-2-1 formation, a system that certainly suits the players in Chelsea’s squad. It would make a lot of sense, he would instantly command the respect of the dressing room.

They have been accustomed to playing with three at the back in possession under Enzo Maresca and Rosenior for the past two seasons. It is hard to ignore that Alonso at Chelsea could be a very good fit."

🎴I think we barely have 4 or 5 days before we play our FA Cup final against Man City at Wembley.

And I think this players have to made to understand that it’s in our DNA to win the finals no matter the opponent we are playing. If possible they should play for them the video of our champions league final match with Man City to motivate them the more. They should watch those clips to see how serious and determined those players were that day.

So we most rise to the occasion as Didier Drogba used to say.
We must believe!

See for me, I will prefer him than Marcos Silva, Iraola and co. And again, one thing you have to understand about these bluecos is that they will never go for that type of manager that you are expecting so it’s better you don’t expect too much, so that you will not be more angry and disappointed. ☹️

*For me I feel if Colwill did not get injured, maybe Maresca should have been at Chelsea by now, because I’m sure our season wouldn’t have been that bad. And remember Maresca was asking for a defender to replace injured Colwill.*🥹😩
