As much as Grace is needed everyday of your life.
Please add skill
Or character
Because sometimes Grace needs personality or skill verification before it finds you.
For example let's say Grace connected you to an air hostess work and you have no certification(skill)
But you are well know to be polite and can relate well with people.
You see how your character just paved way for you despite no certification (personality).
So in all you do build character, build skill.
