I came across one page and the page owner was telling her followers to stop posting people's videos especially celebrities. Her reasons was that;
1. Some of them placed copyright in their content
1. That meta will automatically give you restrictions because the post is not yours
3. That meta doesn't pay with unoriginal videos
Hear me, her reasons are very much valid, but let me state it clear.
Meta said IF YOU MUST POST UNORIGINAL VIDEOS, IT MUST BE PROPERLY ENHANCED ON"
i.e you must edit the video to make it look original
you must lay your voice in the video to make it look original etc
That's why you see content creators reacting on celebrities videos and they get paid.....
Note: if you must use other people's videos for content make sure you are enhancing properly on the video by so doing meta will not restrict your page or give you violations and you will get paid with such content...
