The annual thanksgiving of Wakirike Ethnic Nationality organized by the Wakirike Be Se Ministers' Association comes up on Friday 23rd May, 2025 at Ogu, Ogu/Bolo Local Government Area of Rivers State (other details arenon the banner)

The Kings, Chiefs, Gospel Ministers, sons and daughters of the Wakirike Nation are enjoined to be part of International Thanksgiving tagged Ogu 2025.

As the Wakirike Nation lift up her voice in thanksgiving unto God.

The newly elected Chairmen, along with one (1) guest each, are expected to be seated by 3:30pm.

THE KIRIKE CHIRI, OTOKU PAKASAM RADIO PROGRAM IS BACK

The Okrika Language Radio Rivers 2 FM , Port Harcourt Programme - Kirike Chiri, popularly called - OTOKU PAKASAM, is back after months of its discontinuation. It is to be on air next Thursday 14th August, 2024.

The programme that was initially sponsored by Hon. Atamuno A. Atamuno and it is now being sponsored by Mr. Tamuno-omi Idaye, the Director General of Amaibi 1st.

The presenter of the programme Opuerembo Gift Amangi made this development known to the Okrika Language, Heritage and Heroes Promoters with her apparent show of excitement to once again achieve this great feat.

She enjoined the Okrika speaking people and the general public to avail themselves of this great opportunity to tune in to the programme at 7pm on Thursday 14th August, 2024, the station is Radio Rivers 2 FM Stereo, Port Harcourt.
